Bookings and deposits

Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Refund and cancellation terms will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for all pilgrims.

Liability

Rihla acts as a coordinator between you, Saudi authorities, and our service providers. Our liability is limited as outlined in your booking agreement.
